“Initially I wanted to create a small comic book featuring the queer trans character of Kes’s response to the bullshit Supreme Court ruling in the case of For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers. However, once I started writing I realised it would be more suited to the form of a protest/political pamphlet with illustrations, otherwise it would take months to complete. I felt a sense of urgency to write it and draw it, to add my voice to the thousands of protestors across the UK.

Resistance is NOT futile!

NOTE: The ruling has caused community wide trauma and the content matter of this zine is inevitably sensitive, including references to Nazism and eugenics in one section (‘History Repeating?’), as well as references to transmisia throughout.
