Ordering and Payments
We accept secure credit/debit card payments (via Square), or bank transfer. Please be aware that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, orders will not been shipped till payment has arrived and has been checked by us.
You can choose your payment method on checkout. If neither of these options work for please email us and we’ll see what we can do instead.
You will receive an order confirmation email and another confirmation when your order has been packed. We’re told these frequently get marked as spam, so check your spam folder if it’s missing!
Orders are posted out once or twice a week, but very occasionally orders can take up to two weeks to dispatch. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. We strongly suggest that on orders of higher value you select a more secure shipping option.
Ordering from the UK
We offer 2nd Class, 1st Class Signed, and next day Special Delivery in the UK.
Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class mail within 2-3 working days but can take up to 2 weeks during busier periods. 1st Class Signed aims to be delivered the next working day, including Saturdays, and will require a signature. Special Delivery is tracked and will guaranteed delivery before 1pm.
We prioritise posting 1st Class and Special Delivery orders. But please be aware we do not pack orders on weekends.
Ordering from the EU
I’m afraid we can no longer offer shipping to EU countries due to new paperwork that is involved in selling to the EU. Hopefully I’ll find a way in future!
Ordering from the Rest of the World
We offer International Standard Postage and International Tracked and Signed.
Standard Postage is untracked, and are aimed to be delivered in 6-7 working days, but we have known them to take up to a month. Tracked and Signed order will come with a tracking number, and are aimed to be delivered in working 5-7 days, but may take longer.
International orders may have customs duties and taxes applied when they reach their destination country, for which you will be liable. Please check your country’s rules for importing from the UK if you are unsure.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you would like to change or cancel your order please email us as soon as possible! If your order has not yet been posted we will be able to make any adjustments for you.
Problems with your order
If you have any issues with your order please email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not try to contact us via social media accounts – we may miss it!
