2-4pm: Finish Zines at Out of the Blueprint, Out of the Blue Drill Hall, 36 Dalmeny Street, Edinburgh, EH6 8RG
Get hands-on with the zine production process, folding, binding and getting the publications ready for the launch event. Risograph printing is an eco-friendly print process with a unique aesthetic. Invented in Japan in the 1980s, it’s popular with graphic designers, artists and illustrators and perfect for flyers, posters, comics and of course zines.
In this session you’ll see the results of your risograph printed work, get an insight into the print process and make the final touches to the zines.We
4-6pm: Set up zine display at pop up shop, Waverley Mall, 3 Waverley Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1BQ
Display your printed zines in then relax with pizza before the public launch to celebrate with friends and family.
6-7pm: Public Launch
