Publish Cardiff

Bored of the lack of representation, access to alternative education methods and support creatives receive outside London from the press, Editor and Welsh native Tori West has created Publish Cardiff – a day of talks, networking and celebration of all things print.

Join us for the day on the 30th of September and support emerging talent at Clwb Ifor Bach.

TALKS

12:00 pm – Live Q&A with Dazed’s arts & culture editor Ashleigh Kane hosted by Tori West

13:45 pm – Understanding visual identity and your own voice online through words, image and video.

15:00 pm – How to start your own magazine and make content that matters

16:30 pm – Special guest talk (announced closer to date)

Talks throughout the day will be hosted by some of the UK’s most respected publications and not to be missed! Full-list of speakers will be announced next week.

Access to the zine fair is free

Alcohol will be on sale throughout the day for over 18s with ID

Payment for talks helps us cover the venue hire and allows us to pay the speakers for their time and travel expenses.

Seating during the talks is limited and will be reserved for who need it. Please contact tori@bricksmagazine.co.uk for any special requirements.

Unfortunately there’s no disabled access to the talks upstairs, however, please drop us an email and we can send over the full videos of all the talks after the event.
