Payments – I accept secure credit/debit card payments (via Square), or bank transfer. Please be aware that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, orders will not been shipped till payment has arrived and has been checked. You can choose your payment method on checkout. If neither of these options work for please email me and I’ll see what we can do instead.
Postage – Orders are posted out once or twice a week, but very occasionally orders can take up to two weeks to dispatch. Please remember I am one person and not Amazon! If you need something urgently please get in touch with me before ordering and I’ll do what I can. I do not pack orders on weekends. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
Packaging – My aim is to make my packing materials as sustainable as possible. I do not use any new plastic packaging for orders. I use paper, card or a sugarcane-based alternative to plastic. Occasionally you may receive an order packed in old plastic stock, and I also re-use packing material such as boxes and bubble wrap where possible.
UK orders – I offer 2nd class (untracked) for orders up to £20, Tracked 24, and Tracked 48 in the UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class mail within 2-3 working days but can take up to 2 weeks during busier periods. Tracked 24 aims to be delivered in 24 hours, Tracked 48 aims to be with 48 (neither is time- guaranteed, but both have tracking).
Ordering from the EU – I’m afraid I can no longer offer shipping to EU countries due to new paperwork that is involved in selling to the EU. Hopefully I’ll find a way in future!
Other international orders – please note international shipping is briefly on pause while I simplify my postage prices and work out how to deal with the new US tariffs.
I offer International Standard Postage and International Tracked and Signed. Standard Postage is untracked, and are aimed to be delivered in 6-7 working days, but we have known them to take up to a month. Tracked and Signed order will come with a tracking number, and are aimed to be delivered in working 5-7 days, but may take longer.
International orders may have customs duties and taxes applied when they reach their destination country, for which you will be liable. Please check your country’s rules for importing from the UK if you are unsure.
Changing or cancelling your order – If you would like to change or cancel your order please email me as soon as possible! If your order has not yet been posted we will be able to make any adjustments for you.
Problems with your order – If you have any issues with your order please email me and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please do not try to contact us via social media accounts – I may miss it!
