Over Here Zine Fest is a not-for-profit event showcasing the work of Black / Asian / POC (people of colour / global majority zine makers, artists, writers and activists. Everyone is welcome to attend. The aim is to build self-sustaining alternative models for publishing, art, activism and collaboration in our communities. It is organised by a group of people identifying as Black / Asian / POC / global majority who are based in the north of England.
What is happening on the day?
Over Here Zine Fest is happening at the People’s History Museum Left Bank, Spinningfields,
Manchester M3 3ER. There will be a zines, talks, workshops and spaces to just hang around and chat with other people. All are welcome to attend the zine fest. If workshops and activities are for people identifying Black / Asian / POC / BAME only, we will advertise this. There is more information about the venue on the Apply for Stall page.
