DESCRIPTION:BACKLIT presents as part of its Exaggerate Everything exhibition a Zine Making Workshop about mental health\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this Event\n\n\n\nThe workshop has brought together two artists who investigate mental health through their work. You’ll make your own zine exploring self care through doodles\, creative tasks and mindfulness. You will have the opportunity to consider your own mental health and playfully respond to it. \n(Please note you will not be expected to discuss your mental health or show your zine if you do not wish to\, making a zine s a totally independent activity but on the other hand you are welcome to speak about your personal experience as much as you’d like). \nhttps://www.lizzbrady.com/ \nhttps://www.jessicaloveday.com/ \nFREE to attend. \nAll materials will be provided \n\n\nBACKLIT has a lift that can be used for access to different floors\, use of this must be arranged in advance via suzanne.golden@backlit.org.uk. Toilets are not suitable for wheelchair users and we don’t have baby changing facilities (we are currently fundraising for this).
