SUMMARY:Glasgow Zine Library Re-Opening!
DESCRIPTION:You are invited to the grand opening of the new Glasgow Zine Library! \nIn June we ran a crowdfunder campaign in the hopes that we could raise some money to build a permanent home. Thanks to the support of everyone from the community\, we were able to sign a lease. \nSince then\, we’ve been working away getting things ready. We’ve dealt with everything shop fittings\, electrics\, a little bit of plastering and perhaps some ghosts\, but the end is in sight\, and with it our very exciting and very bright future! \nTucked away in the heart of the southside of Glasgow\, we’re very excited to have a hub from which we can run our workshops\, talks\, screenings\, as well as have a space where people can chill and get inspired. \nSo come on down on the 28th and say hello\, read a zine and have a drink\, and make yourself at home. \nThere will be a donation bar\, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks\, as well as a raffle! \nSponsorship and raffle prizes for this event comes from:\nCategory Is Books\nGlad Cafe\nRisotto\nTantrum Donuts\nMadeByWomen Zines\nAND MORE! \nDate: 28/08/2019\nTime: 7pm-11pm\nAddress: 636 Cathcart Road\, Glasgow\, G42 8AA \nPlease note: GZL does not currently have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
