Free. 15 places for 16-25 year olds \nLocation: The Edinburgh Zine Library\, Edinburgh Central Library\, 7-9 George IV Bridge\, Edinburgh\, EH1 1EG \nPool your ideas to make pages for a collective zine about your experiences of buildings and the art you’ve seen in the visits programme\, led by artists from the Edinburgh Zine Library. Along with creating zine content\, the session includes design tasks such as titling\, layout\, colour and paper selection\, so there’s something for everyone interested in zines even if you’ve haven’t attended all of the visits as part of the programme.

DESCRIPTION:BOOK TICKETS WITH THE ORGANISERS HERE \nFree. 15 places for 16-25 year olds \n2-4pm: Finish Zines at Out of the Blueprint\, Out of the Blue Drill Hall\, 36 Dalmeny Street\, Edinburgh\, EH6 8RG \nGet hands-on with the zine production process\, folding\, binding and getting the publications ready for the launch event. Risograph printing is an eco-friendly print process with a unique aesthetic. Invented in Japan in the 1980s\, it’s popular with graphic designers\, artists and illustrators and perfect for flyers\, posters\, comics and of course zines. \nIn this session you’ll see the results of your risograph printed work\, get an insight into the print process and make the final touches to the zines.We \n4-6pm: Set up zine display at pop up shop\, Waverley Mall\, 3 Waverley Bridge\, Edinburgh\, EH1 1BQ \nDisplay your printed zines in then relax with pizza before the public launch to celebrate with friends and family. \n6-7pm: Public Launch
